Job Overview
We are seeking an independent, results-driven Telemarketer & Lead Providers to supply high-quality auto insurance leads for our agency based in Alice, TX. This is a 100% remote, contract-based position (1099) operating on a straightforward flat-fee-per-lead model. An insurance license is NOT required. Your focus is strictly on telemarketing and data gathering. You will call prospects and enter interested drivers into our dedicated lead portal. We provide cell phone and with a personalized Link that embeds your provider info so you automatically receive credit for every qualified lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Telemarketing: Conduct outbound calls to Texas drivers to identify those looking to lower their auto insurance rates or switch carriers.
- Filter and Pre-Qualify: Verify that prospects own a vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and actively consent to receive an auto insurance quote.
- Portal Lead Submission: Enter interested prospect contact info and basic vehicle details directly into our online lead portal.
- Embedded Tracking: Utilize your unique tracking link to ensure all submitted leads contain your embedded provider ID for credit and payout tracking.
- Strict Compliance: Adhere strictly to Texas marketing laws, Do Not Call (DNC) registry rules, and TCPA regulations by gathering proper consumer consent.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No License Required: An active insurance license is not necessary.
- Telemarketing Experience: Strong background in outbound telemarketing, phone sales, or phone-based lead generation.
- Excellent Communication: Professional phone demeanor, clear speaking skills, and strong objection-handling abilities.
- Home Office Setup: Must have a quiet, distraction-free remote work environment and a reliable, high-speed internet connection to connect the company-provided devices.
- Basic Tech Skills: Ability to use company-provided hardware and comfortably navigate an online web portal to submit data.
