Notary Schedule Fees
Statutory Fees (per act):
- $10: for the first signature on an acknowledgement, jurat, or oath.
- $1: for each additional signature on the same document.
- $10: for issuing a certificate under seal not otherwise provided for.
- $10: for administering an oath or affirmation without a certificate and seal.
Additional Authorized Fees:
- Remote Online Notarization (RON): Up to $25, in addition to other fees-Call for estimate.
- Travel Fees: – Minimum $75 – Call for estimate
- Mileage Surcharge: For travel exceeding 10 miles (often around $2 per mile one way). -Call for estimate.
- Time Charges: For appointments extending beyond scheduled times or for services on Saturday, Sunday , & Holidays.
- After Hour & Weekend/Holidays Fees: A surcharge of $60 between 7pm-10pm Monday -Friday: A surcharge of $100 between 7am to 10pm Saturday/Sunday/Holidays.
- Copying: $1 per page for copying records or papers from the notary office.
- Depositions: $1 per 100 words for taking a deposition.
